A 12-week transformative online programme to equip managers to become ‘leader-coaches’.

What will you learn?

This programme distils 65 years of our faculty’s work. We’ve transformed leadership in every kind of organisation, worldwide.

This programme isn’t about theories or philosophies.

We’ll share with you the practices and distinctions we use to coach senior executives across 5 continents and 15 countries to achieve breakthrough results in their businesses and their lives.

Through helping you to ask the tough questions of yourselves, we enable you to do ‘the work’ that will form the foundation of your coaching stance.

It is for those who want to cause an impact across their organisation and can see that the most effective way to achieve this is through coaching others into their greatness.

What’s the time commitment?

2-hour mandatory development session per week.
1-hour optional, drop-in coaching clinic per week.

You’ll commit to a ‘Breakthrough Project’ to achieve an ambitious business goal that will create the opportunity for you to flex your coaching skills as you build a team around you.

No, each session builds on the next sequentially. To enjoy the full impact of the programme, you must attend all mandatory sessions. If through extenuating circumstances, you are unable to keep up with the programme, we may be able to offer you a place on a forthcoming programme.

You will have access to recordings of all the development sessions until up to 6 months after the programme.

We are happy to invoice your company directly for your participation or give you a full receipt including applicable taxes if you will be charging the cost back as an expense.

If you work for a non-profit or charitable, we will assess your request. All requests will addressed on case-by-case basis.

Yes, recordings will be available to all participants for six months after the close of the programme.

Graduates will receive discounted access to new courses.

Meet the team

Oddi Aasheim

A former operational, strategy and Organisational Development leader who co-founded FirstHuman 14 years ago. He has supported leadership teams, CEOs and developed talent on all continents. BBC’s CEO Secrets and the Financial Times have sought out his leadership expertise. 

Richard Atherton

A partner in FirstHuman with over 15 years of coaching and facilitation experience with a particular ability to work at depth. After  many years in programme leadership he transitioned executive coaching. He has coached senior leaders from organisations as diverse as HSBC and the IOC. 

Phillida Fleming

Phillida, a former entrepreneur and law lecturer, found her calling as an executive coach. She has over three decades of experience coaching at the highest levels, including leaders who have become household names. She has an extraordinary ability to achieve rapid, unprecedented impact with clients.

 

Gary Borland

A former fighter pilot and chief test pilot for the MOD, Gary had a spectacular military career before becoming a CEO in the defence industry.
